In early 2010 AAS began providing outpatient anesthesia to surgeons throughout the Puget Sound region. We quickly noticed that outpatient surgery facilities were being underserved in our area. Facilities often had to choose between contracting with the large, regional anesthesia groups with their expensive pricing and impersonal service, or using small, independent providers who lacked the resources or training needed to provide the true full service, high-quality anesthesia that small to medium-sized facilities demand. Since those beginnings, we have grown and gained in reputation and size and now work with some of the biggest names in the Puget Sound region. Although we have grown steadily over the years, we still stick to our roots, giving our facilities exceptional anesthesia services with unmatched flexibility and personal attention.
